2. Month 2 Onwards: Rs.10,000 per month
3. At the end of the training, based on the performance, a regular full-time opportunity with KPB will be extended to the trainees with an annual salary between 2 to 4 lakhs per annum.
>About Work :
•Conduct in-depth candidate evaluation over the phone using a provided evaluation format
2. Follow up with candidates to gather additional information as needed
3. Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and feedback
4. Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify qualified candidates for open positions
5. Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with current hiring practices and evaluation techniques
