For Insurance verifications –
Review and verify Insurance certificates/documents and make
sure they meet the requirements set by the specific client(s)
•Upload Insurance certificates and data entry on the
dedicated tool provided by the client
•Communicating with clients through emails and MS
Teams
•Acknowledging and resolving suppliers/clients emails
•Keeping records of suppliers/clients’ feedback
•Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as
necessary
•100% quality is a must.
•Ensure customer satisfaction and provide extreme quality
•Complete the assigned work within 24 hours (internal SLA)
•It is target based job
•Email our clients daily dealing with verification queries
Customer Support/Supplier Success Professionals –
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional
attitude toward customers – always
Support onboarding
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Taking Inbound calls and making outbound calls
Proactiveness in emailing after every call
Always active to support customers with registration
queries and compliance work
Communicating with customers through various channels
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Product knowledge is a must, so that you can answer
questions and support
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions,
comments, and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as
necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer

Managing a team of junior customer service
representatives
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional
customer support
Ensure SLA and TAT are always maintained

•The selected candidates work in Monday to Saturday Rotational Day shift – 8am to 5 pm / 12pm – 9pm
