•To write, rewrite, edit and enhance the content for clarity and correctness as per the given guidelines.
•To review summaries to ensure 100% quality and usability for model training.
•Collaborate with client product team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements while calibrating with the program stakeholders.
•Develop training content and define guidelines to address any gaps in documentation.
•Conduct research and analysis to identify and address language-related challenges and improve the performance of AI models, if necessary.
•Provide guidance, training and mentorship to writers sharing expertise and helping to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
